McDonald's is offering the "Drop-Off Delivery" service to those customers who wish to have their orders simply dropped off at their doorstep.

Procedure
If you wish to use this service, please place your order via web or app and ensure the following:

• 1. Choose online payment by credit card or cashless payment service.
• 2. Check “I want drop-off delivery“ on the order confirmation page.

Notes

• 1. When delivering to a building with an automatically-locked entrance, delivery staff will ask you through the intercom etc. to unlock the entrance upon arrival.
• 2. If you wish to specify where to place your order, please do so in the "Preferred Delivery Spot" column. However, please understand that we may not be able to always accommodate your request, depending on the circumstances at the time of delivery.
• 3. Any request to have the delivered items hung on a doorknob cannot be accommodated, as it may tilt and disfigure products.
• 4. Any product-related request that is specified in the "Preferred Delivery Spot" column cannot be accommodated.
